• Economic feasibility of Low Energy Offices documented 50% energy saving and less than10 years payback.
• Based on a Positive and Fruitful Cooperation between MEWC, the PJH Team, JKR Putrajaya Team, Main Contractor and the DANIDA Team.
• The building have been completed and occupied in mid of September 2004
• The LEO building has been occupied in mid of September 2004.
• A lot of re-commissioning and fine tuning works has been done.
